What we're eating tonight: salad with nasturtium leaves and blossom from our friends' garden!

I never thought of eating the nast leaves...hmmm...have to try that next year. What kind of dressing did you match that with?

My nasturtiums are long gone, but they were abundant. Now it's too hot; they like spring only around here, I'm afraid. ;(
