Tonight we had Tostadas, which is like eating a big ol' Nacho! I minced the leftover pork tenderloin and put that on top of the beans with cheese, shredded lettuce, homemade guacamole, and homemade salsa. YUM!
I love my husband Anthony, my kids Anna and Colin, and my job as a small animal vet. I also love cooking for family and friends, drinking red wine, and jogging around the lake with my dog Francesca.
